Burlington Ladies Soccer League

The League

Established in 1987, the Burlington Ladies Soccer League (BLSL) is an outdoor women’s recreational soccer league in Burlington, Ontario. The league strives to create a fun space for all skill levels to play soccer and socialize.

Players must be at least 24 years of age to play in the league.

Season includes 10 regular season games and 3 round robin playoff games. A playoff tournament is held on a weekend in the middle of September. Semi-final games are played on Saturday and the Final game on Sunday.

League Model:

Players register as individuals. Each team is randomized annually. This creates an opportunity for players to get to know one another.

Player ratings are used to create as evenly balanced teams as possible.

Game Details

All games are played on Monday nights from May to September (excluding long weekends).

2 x 45 minute fully refereed halves.

After games, all are welcome (and encouraged) to socialize at the Black Bull in Burlington.
